The path along the lake is beautiful. The cardio going up the rustic path to the top of the cliff was intense. I found it easier to walk along side the steps. At the top you join Red trail, which was lovely. I would say the top portion of the trail is easier to navigate than the lime kiln portion. A good mix of rustic types of trails.
